ភ្នំពេញ៖ សេចក្តីប្រកាសព័ត៌មានអ្នកនាំពាក្យក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមជម្រាបជូនសាធារណជន អ្នកសារព័ត៌មានជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិមេត្តាជ្រាបថា៖
នៅថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ១២:១៥នាទីរសៀល បន្ទាប់ពីបានជូនដំណឹងដល់ភាគីថៃ និងមានការចូលរួមពីអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្រុមអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល (CLG) នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ដឹកនាំដោយប្រធានបេសកកម្មក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (HOM AOT) ហ្វីលីពីន ដើម្បីចុះសង្កេតការណ៍ ផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ និងប្រមូលព័ត៌មានអំពីស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែងនៅតាមបង្គោលព្រំដែនលេខ52 ដល់លេខ59 ស្ថិតនៅស្រុកកំរៀង ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ អ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានបានចុះពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែងពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការសាងសង់របងព្រំដែនដោយឯកតោភាគីពីសំណាក់យោធាថៃដែលស្ថិតនៅកៀកបង្គោលព្រំដែន 52-54 និងបានពិនិត្យឃើញជាក់ស្ដែងនូវការបែកបាក់បង្គោលបណ្ដោះអាសន្នដែលបង្កឡើងដោយសកម្មភាពឯកតោភាគីនេះ។ បន្ទាប់ពីបានទទួលព័ត៌មានបច្ចេកទេសពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការងារវាស់វែងរួម និងការបោះបង្គោលបណ្តោះអាសន្ន ដែលបានអនុវត្តដោយក្រុមវាស់វែងចម្រុះនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ អ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ានប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជាក៏បានចុះទៅពិនិត្យទីតាំងដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋថៃបានធ្វើស្រែចំការហួសចូលក្នុងដីកម្ពុជានៅចន្លោះបង្គោលព្រំដែន52-59។ សូមគូសបញ្ជាក់ថា ភាគីកម្ពុជាបានតវ៉ាតាមរយៈកំណត់ទូតទៅភាគីថៃ ដោយសារការងារនេះប៉ះពាល់ទៅដល់នីតិវិធីទ្វេភាគីដែលមានស្រាប់ស្ថិតនៅក្រោមសមត្ថកិច្ចរបស់គណៈកម្មការចម្រុះខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនគោក JBC ភាគីទាំងពីរ។ ក្នុងន័យនេះ ភាគីកម្ពុជាបានជំរុញការរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មការចម្រុះខ័ណ្ឌសីមាព្រំដែនគោក JBC ឱ្យបានឆាប់បំផុតដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហានេះ។

The Spokeswoman of the Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia wishes to inform the public as well as members of national and international media as follows:
On Monday, 6 July 2026, at 12:15hrs, the Cambodian Liaison Group (CLG) facilitated an observation mission for the ASEAN Observer Team – Cambodia (AOT-KH), led by the Head of Mission (AOT KH HOM) of the Philippine, to Border Pillars No. 52 to No. 59 in Kamrieng District, Battambang Province.
On that occasion, ASEAN Observers Team inspected the actual situation regarding the unilateral construction of a border fence by the Thai military near Border Pillars No. 52 to No. 54, where they witnessed damage to temporary markers caused by this unilateral action. Following a briefing on the technical details of the joint survey and temporary demarcation efforts previously conducted by the joint survey teams of both countries, the ASEAN Observer Team – Cambodia (AOT-KH) inspected the sites where Thai citizens have occupied upon Cambodian territory for agricultural activities between Border Pillars No. 52 to No. 59. It should be noted that the Cambodian side has formally protested these actions via diplomatic notes, as they infringe upon existing bilateral procedures under the jurisdiction of the Joint Boundary Commission (JBC). In this regard, Cambodia has urged the prompt convening of the JBC to resolve these issues.
The purpose of the visit was to provide the ASEAN Observer Team with a factual and comprehensive understanding of the situation on the ground through direct observation and supporting technical information. It also reaffirmed the position of the Royal Government of Cambodia that any border-related issues should be addressed peacefully through dialogue, in accordance with international law, existing bilateral Treaties and Agreements, and the established mechanisms of the Cambodia–Thailand Joint Boundary Commission (JBC).
