រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ — នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និស្សិតអាហារូបករណ៍ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន និង សម្តេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត (អ.ម.ត) ដែលទទួលបានការឧបត្ថម្ភគាំទ្រយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងជួយជ្រោមជ្រែងផ្ទាល់ពី សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និង លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ពេជ ចន្ទមុន្នី ចំនួន ៨៤រូប បានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សាថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រ និងបរិញ្ញាបត្រជាន់ខ្ពស់ដោយជោគជ័យ ព្រមទាំងបានចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីប្រគល់សញ្ញាបត្រយ៉ាងមហោឡារិក ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលពិព័រណ៍ និងសន្និបាតកោះពេជ្រ។
ជោគជ័យសិក្សារបស់និស្សិតជ័យលាភីទាំង ៨៤រូប នាពេលនេះ មិនត្រឹមតែជាសមិទ្ធផលផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និងជាមោទនភាពដ៏ធំធេងសម្រាប់គ្រួសារប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែគឺជា «សក្ខីភាពពិតប្រាកដនៃការបំប្លែងចក្ខុវិស័យជាតិ ឱ្យទៅជាសមិទ្ធផលជាក់ស្តែង» ស្របតាមទិសដៅនៃ យុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដែលបានកំណត់យកការអភិវឌ្ឍមូលធនមនុស្សជាអាទិភាពគន្លឹះ។ ការផ្តល់ឱកាសសិក្សាប្រកបដោយសមធម៌ និងការតាមដានជ្រោមជ្រែងយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធពីអាហារូបករណ៍ អ.ម.ត បានបង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់ថា កត្តាជីវភាពខ្វះខាត មិនត្រូវអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យមកធ្វើជាឧបសគ្គរារាំងរាល់ក្តីស្រមៃ និងបញ្ញាញាណរបស់យុវជនកម្ពុជានោះឡើយ។
ក្នុងនាមថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការអាហារូបករណ៍ និងសមាគមសិស្ស-និស្សិតអាហារូបករណ៍ អ.ម.ត សូមសម្តែងនូវការកោតសរសើរយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ និងអបអរសាទរចំពោះនិស្សិតជ័យលាភីទាំង ៨៤រូប ដែលបានខិតខំព្យាយាមរៀនសូត្ររហូតទទួលបានផ្លែផ្កាដ៏ត្រចះត្រចង់នៅថ្ងៃនេះ។ ជ័យលាភីទាំងនេះ នឹងក្លាយជា «កម្លាំងចលករសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងជាមូលធនមនុស្សដ៏មានតម្លៃ» ប្រកបដោយសមត្ថភាព ជំនាញច្បាស់លាស់ និងគុណធម៌ ដើម្បីចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការកសាង និងអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គមជាតិ ព្រមទាំងបន្តជោគជ័យបន្ថែមទៀតក្នុងអាជីពការងារ និងការសិក្សាកម្រិតខ្ពស់តទៅអនាគត៕

The A.M.T Scholarship Students at RULE Successfully Graduate with Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees Under the High Presidency of the Prime Minister
PHNOM PENH — On the morning of August 6th, 2026, 84 scholarship recipients under the Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen and Samdech Kittiprittpundit (A.M.T) Scholarship Committee—who received dedicated sponsorship and direct support from Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and First Lady Lok Chumteav Dr. Pich Chanmony—successfully completed their Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs. They attended a grand graduation ceremony held under the high presidency of Prime Minister Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet at the Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center.
The academic success of these 84 graduates represents not only a personal milestone and a moment of immense pride for their families, but also serves as “tangible proof of translating national vision into concrete achievement.” This aligns directly with the Royal Government’s Pentagonal Strategy – Phase I, which places human capital development as a core national priority. The provision of equitable educational opportunities and the close mentorship provided by A.M.T Scholarships clearly demonstrate that financial hardship must never be allowed to hinder the dreams or intellectual potential of Cambodian youth.
